Location: North Sydney

Compensation: Up to $220,000 package + discretionary bonus

This role is focused on land acquisition, site identification, and planning approvals for new data centre developments – driving early-stage project success and unlocking growth in one of the most exciting infrastructure sectors in Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Leading land acquisition and due diligence for new development sites.
• Driving planning approvals and engaging with councils, consultants, and regulators.
• Building robust feasibility studies and investment papers to support decision-making.
• Working closely with senior leadership on early-stage project development.

What we’re looking for

• Circa 7–12 years’ experience in development (renewables, data centres, industrial real estate)
• Strong track record in land acquisition and planning approvals.
• Background in data centres, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy (renewables developers are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage stakeholders across technical, legal, and planning disciplines.
