Sector Focus: Digital Infrastructure / Data Centres / AI Cloud

Location: Sydney, Australia

We are seeking an Associate to join a high-growth global digital infrastructure platform at a key stage of their expansion. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on corporate strategy, capital raising, and M&A activities while also contributing to the growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate finance and strategy initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and capital raising.
• Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model to guide capital allocation and strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to execution across equity, debt, and strategic partnerships, including structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Prepare board and investor materials, monthly/quarterly reporting, and commercial analyses.
• Provide commercial and feasibility insights into new data centre development projects and pipeline opportunities.
• Support business development and commercial negotiations, helping to structure scalable growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives, including the CFO and strategy leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–6 years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling capability across full 3-statement models (required).
• Experience in valuation/transaction work, ideally within infrastructure, renewables, or capital-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with M&A due diligence and negotiations.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
