Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio performance and drive margin improvement.
• Build constructive relationships with partner organisations to influence strategic outcomes.
• Implement revenue optimisation strategies, including dynamic pricing and ancillary income streams.
• Oversee refurbishment, reconfiguration, and facilities management projects.
• Support refinancing and long-term investment initiatives.
• Monitor service providers and ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance data visibility and reporting to inform commercial decisions.
• Represent the business externally through stakeholder engagement and market presence.

What We're Looking For:

A strategic operator with experience in property or residential asset management, skilled at balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement and growth initiatives.

• Proven leadership in operational real estate, ideally PBSA, purpose-built residential, or education-linked infrastructure.
• Experience in turnaround, performance improvement, and complex stakeholder management.
• Commercial acumen with revenue growth and cost management experience; familiarity with private equity or fund-owned platforms preferred.
• Strong strategic mindset, execution capability, and financial literacy.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Experience in regional Australia/Tasmania advantageous.
