We are currently seeking Associate level candidates to work across retail, wholesale, intermediary and institutional client relations. Candidates will assist with general sales support in addition to championing projects for ratings, platform and APL inclusions for some roles. All roles are Sydney based.

Responsibilities (may include)

• Setting and following up on meetings on behalf of senior BDMs
• Liaising with platforms, ratings houses, asset consultants and private bank research for administrative matters
• Assisting with RFIs, possibly DDQs and RFPs for institutional clients
• CRM management and maintenance
• Small-scale event management

Requirements

• A good understanding of the funds management sector and portfolio management principles
• A demonstrated track record of success in a client facing position
• A self-starter with an ability to work autonomously
• (Preferable) Mandarin language skills - business or fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Finance, Economics, Business or other related subject.
• (Preferable) Master of Finance, RG146
