Our client is one of the local leaders in Investment Banking and broader corporate finance capabilities across multiple sectors, focusing mainly on energy transition and renewable energy transactions. Based on large growth in the pipeline of advisory work they are looking to hire a senior associate or VP across their Sydney team.
  
Reporting to the Managing Directors and Directors, the Senior Associate to Vice President will be tasked with leading pitch book preparation, designing and reviewing detailed financial models for renewable energy advisory mandates, supervising the development of the Information Memorandum, and directing various deal execution activities.
  
We are looking for candidates with circa 6-10 years of experience who are producing detailed financial models with exposure to renewable energy (wind, solar, etc), likely within Investment Banks, corporate finance/M&A firms, corporate finance roles within corporates (who have built ground up financial models).
