Responsibilities

• Supporting senior executives in the identification of infrastructure opportunities in new and existing sectors
• Contributing to the assessment of infrastructure opportunities and managing due diligence workstreams associated with transactions  
• Adopting an owner’s mindset approach to the management of portfolio companies to drive value and innovation, including the identification and execution of value-add projects
• Pro-active management of portfolio companies (as part of a team) including attending board meetings, participating in strategic discussions and undertaking financial analysis
• Presenting to portfolio company boards, Investment Committees and other key stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Assessment of investment and infrastructure thematics and strategies for investment opportunities
• Detailed financial modelling, analysis and review, including valuation
• Transaction co-ordination and management of external advisers
